Chef-Artist Janice Wong Lights Up Mid-Autumn with a New Edible Art Mooncake Collection and Limited Edition Sculptural Lantern
Experience edible art, indulge in a collection of mooncakes rich in tea and floral notes, and collect a limited edition lantern sculpture.

Chef-Artist Janice Wong unveils her 2026 Mid-Autumn collection, introducing a new Baked Floral & Tea selection alongside Signature Baked Mooncakes, her acclaimed Chocolate Mooncakes, and a Limited Edition Wooden Lantern designed as a collectible sculptural keepsake.
Inspired by the flowers, teas and botanicals of Singapore and the wider East, the collection transforms familiar Mid-Autumn traditions into edible works of art. Every mooncake is designed in-house by Janice Wong, reflecting her signature approach to blurring the boundaries between art, design and pastry.
Gathered in the Glow
Created for gifting and shared celebrations, this year’s collection embraces the spirit of gathering around the Mid-Autumn lantern. While each mooncake offers a moment to savour, the sculptural wooden lantern is designed to remain long after the last slice is enjoyed — a keepsake that celebrates the memories made around the table and the enduring tradition of coming together.
The centrepiece of this year’s collection is the Limited Edition Wooden Lantern, personally designed by Janice Wong.
Limited Edition Wooden Lantern with Floral & Tea and Signature Baked mooncakes
Inspired by the geometric folds of traditional paper lanterns, the wooden sculpture is finished in deep crimson beneath a contrasting teal crown. Opening to reveal eight Floral & Tea and Signature Baked mooncakes, it also houses a ceramic plate and two matching forks created exclusively for the collection.
Thoughtfully created for meaningful gifting, the Limited Edition Wooden Lantern is priced at S$105. Combining edible art with functional design, it transforms traditional mooncake packaging into a collectible keepsake to be displayed and enjoyed long after the festivities have ended.
Baked Mooncakes
This year, Chef-Artist Janice Wong expands her baked mooncake collection with eight distinctive flavours, bringing together four new Floral & Tea creations alongside four Signature favourites.

The new Floral & Tea collection (S$49 for a Tin of 4) celebrates the delicate aromas of blossoms and premium teas. Osmanthus Honey carries the delicate apricot blossom of osmanthus laced with honey while Jasmine Green Tea pairs the perfume of jasmine with grassy, vegetal green tea. Hibiscus Yuzu brightens tart, ruby hibiscus with a lift of yuzu. And Milk Oolong Bergamot Peel lingers softly with creamy and floral notes for the gentlest close to the collection.
Inspired by flavours cherished by generations of Singaporeans, the Signature Baked Mooncakes (S$49 for a Tin of 4) reinterpret familiar ingredients through unexpected pairings. The Black Sesame Pecan Tangerine Peel deepens nutty roasted black sesame with buttery pecan and the gentle bitterness of dried tangerine peel. Chocolate Sea Salt Black Truffle brings a depth of earthy notes with dark chocolate, sea salt, and the savoury luxury of black truffle. Pistachio Longan Red Date sweetens verdant pistachio with the dried honeyed notes of longan and red date. Lastly Salted Egg, golden as the harvest moon, yields a buttery, savoury salted egg yolk centre.

Chocolate Mooncakes
Completing the collection are Janice Wong’s celebrated Chocolate Mooncakes (S$49 for a Tin of 4; S$70 for a Tin of 8), each moulded into intricate floral chocolate shells and individually hand-painted in vibrant colours.
The Yuan Yang Brown Rice Tea Hazelnut reimagines the beloved coffee and tea marriage of yuan yang, warmed by toasted brown rice tea and a praline whisper of hazelnut. Aged Pu'er Mandarin Lotus Seed Praline Sea Salt layers the earthy depth of aged pu'er against bright mandarin, with smooth lotus seed praline and a flourish of sea salt. Indulge in a medley of flavours as Malted Chocolate Bergamot Earl Grey threads nostalgic malted chocolate through the citrus perfume of bergamot Earl Grey. Last but not least, the Pistachio Yuzu Salted Caramel balances verdant pistachio and zesty yuzu against a molten ribbon of salted caramel.
*All chocolate mooncakes contain milk, soy, eggs and gluten, and may contain traces of cereals, peanuts and sesame. Selected varieties contain tree nuts and alcohol. Please refer to individual packaging for full allergen information.
